Mums N Bubs Beginner Latin & Ballroom
Enjoy a slow dance waltz with your bundle of joy, make cheeky faces with you baby with the cheeky cha cha and introduce your baby to the silly samba. Learn some calming moves that will put your baby to sleep.
Bring your bubs along and get back into shape whilst learning new dance moves with a National Champion teacher. This class is designed for mums to learn a new talent, in an uplifting yet relaxed environment. The class is low impact, but gets your core activated again, you can dance with your baby or let her/him play around the rug area. This class is also a great way to introduce babies to developing their rhythm and creating a bonding experience for you and bubs.
Bring some flat shoes or runners, no heels for this class and bring some blankets and toys for your little one to play with. Carriers or prams are all welcome.
